Improving health and education is a critical concern for every community. We help students seeking to make a difference in these areas by developing their sense of service, enhanced by the Benedictine value of concern for others.
The College of Education and Health Services, while diverse in its offerings, is united in the spirit of service and professionalism. Throughout our programs, students learn to be self starting learners, planners and doers. They are guided by professional ethics and a commitment to the people they serve.
The Benedictine values of work and reverence are to be found in each of our professional areas. All our programs are well connected to the communities they serve and the ideals of each profession. We encourage those who visit our website to look over our offerings, attend our informational meetings or make an appointment to discuss your future with one of our faculty.
The College of Education and Health Services is home to most of the University’s service professions. Through the School of Education and the School of Health Services, the College offers undergraduate programs in Health Administration, Nursing, Nutrition and Teacher Education, master’s programs in Education, Public Health, and Nutrition and Wellness, and a doctoral program in Higher Education and Organizational Change.
